We want you to love your new clothes! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1.Return Window

For any item to be returned, we should be reached either via call, WhatsApp chat or mail within 24hrs from the time you received your item.

• Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any odors, makeup stains, or pet hair.
• Tags: Must have all original brand and price tags still attached.
• Packaging: Must include the original packaging or invoice slip.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Underwear, intimates, and swimwear (unless a hygienic liner is untouched)
• Earrings and body jewelry
• Clearance or final-sale promotional items

4. Refund Options

Once your return is inspected and approved, you can choose from:

• Original Payment Method: A refund issued back to your bank account, debit/credit card, or payment gateway (minus any non-refundable shipping fees).
• Store Credit: Issued as a digital gift card/code to use on your next order (some stores offer a small bonus percentage here to encourage retention).

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Wrong Item: If we sent you the wrong size, color, or a damaged item, we will cover the full cost of the return shipping.
• Change of Mind / Sizing Issue: If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

6. How to Start a Return

2. Our customer service team will reply ASAP with return shipping instructions or drop-off details.
3. Package your item securely and send it back to us.

7. Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect your returned clothing item, please allow within 24-48hrs, for us to process your refund or store credit.
